Procedure for returning change

Note that starting from March 1, 2013, any “change” for delivery service will be available at the Cargo Terminal responsible for performing the service contracted. To receive “change,” customers must present a copy of the minuta  de despacho and/or copy of the CT-e, and their identity card (RG).  In case of pickup by third parties, apart from the above documents, a power of attorney is required, naming the person to receive the “change” - monday - friday (from 10 am - to 04 pm)

Delivery times could also increase due to Customs clearance procedures of each city and nature of/demand for cargo. This time frame is not the responsibility of the company.
