Procedure for returning change

Note that starting from March 1, 2013, any “change” for delivery service will be available at the Cargo Terminal responsible for performing the service contracted. To receive “Change,” customers must present a copy of the “minuta  de despacho” and/or copy of the CT-e, and their identity card (RG).  In case of pickup by third parties, apart from the above documents, a power of attorney is required, naming the person to receive the “change”: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm.
